What do I do if the deal has gone wrong?

Reshopper is a platform that provides contact between buyer and seller. We are not part of the actual trades, and therefore we cannot go into individual cases - even if the deal has gone wrong.  

Are you unhappy with the product's condition?

Reshopper is based on the idea that it should be easy to buy and sell children's things that you can easily pick up in your neighbourhood. That way you can avoid misconceptions about the product type, condition, size and appearance. When you deal with other users, it is important that you check the goods before you pay for it. That way you avoid getting home with a product that does not live up to your expectations and then have the hassle of trying to rectify it.

We’d like to urge that disagreements between buyers and sellers are discussed privately (ie not on the item's comments within the app) and civilly.

Have you not received the item in the mail?

Originally Reshopper was created with the idea that you could shop locally in your neighbourhood - precisely to prevent any goods being sent, and to avoid situations where the item or payment doesn’t reach it’s destination.

However, if you agreed that the item should be sent, and you find that the item that you bought doesn’t reach you, then you can do the following:

  1. Contact the seller again to be assured that that the item has been sent, and there has not been a misunderstanding.
